Runners Roost will be hosting Parent Run Club and Golden Mountain Runners on Sunday, October 6th at 9:00 am.
Altra will be there with demos!
We are a fun and social club. All paces are welcome and we will stop at trail junctions to make sure everyone is on the route.

We run on the trails so paces will vary and at times we will walk if the terrain is steep.
Childcare:
Cost is $20 per kid and additional kids are $15
